This policy explains how Happytails.ai handles information when you use the website. Different tools process information in different ways, so check the processing note beside the tool before entering personal or confidential material.

Content processed in your browser
Many tools process text and files locally in your browser. These tools do not send that input to our server as part of the operation. Results remain in the page until you copy, download or clear them. Closing or reloading the page can discard unsaved work. Files you download remain on your device until you remove them.
Tools called through the agent API
Calling a tool API sends the supplied text, options and file bytes to our server, even when the equivalent browser tool normally works locally. API inputs and results are processed in memory; the application does not save them as user files or retain request-body logs. Your agent or API client may keep its own history. Network diagnostics may also contact the public services described below.
Tools that contact other services
Website and network diagnostics send the address or hostname you provide to a diagnostic service and may contact the target website, DNS resolver or registry provider. Exchange-rate tools request reference rates. Public-IP and speed tests contact their named providers directly from your browser; those providers receive the connection information needed to respond, including your public IP address.
Browser speech playback uses voices provided by your browser or operating system. Some voices use an external speech service. Check the voice provider’s settings before reading confidential text aloud. We do not describe these operations as entirely offline.
Camera, microphone and screen access
Device and recording tools request permission only after you start them. The connected browser recording tools keep captured media in the page and let you download it. Use Stop when finished. Your browser or operating system may also provide controls to revoke permission.
Preferences and cookies
The current site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. It does not currently include advertising cookies, analytics trackers, account registration or a user-content database. You can clear the saved preference through your browser’s site-data settings.
Tool events in this tab
Tools emit local browser events for operations, errors, copying and download initiation. Events include an anonymous identifier that lasts only for the open page, tool name, timing and input sizes. They exclude input and output content, filenames, submitted addresses and credentials. No analytics collector currently receives or saves these events.
Service and connection information
Serving a website and contacting a network provider involves routine connection data such as IP addresses and request details. Provider practices are governed by their own policies. The local diagnostic server currently processes requests in memory and does not keep an application log of the URLs or tool input you submit. Future hosting or service changes will require this policy to be updated before they take effect.
Contact information you choose to send
If you contact us, we may use your message and contact details to respond, investigate the issue and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or confidential files. Ask about a safe way to reproduce a problem using a minimal example instead.
Your choices
You can choose local-processing tools, decline device permissions, clear browser data and remove downloaded files. If you have questions about information provided to us, or wish to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact us using the details below. Your rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
