These terms apply to your use of Happytails.ai. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and within applicable law. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you should have authority to do so.

Using the tools

The available tools are provided free of charge. Features, supported formats and limits may change as the project develops. Some tools are still under development. Read the tool’s description and processing note before relying on a result.

Your content and results

You remain responsible for the text, files and other content you choose to process. Only submit content you are entitled to use. Happytails.ai does not claim ownership of your input or generated conversion results. You should keep an original copy when a file is important.

Check important results

Conversions, calculations, generated code, diagnostic reports and suggested text can contain errors or omit information. Review results before publishing them, running generated code, making a payment, changing a system or taking another consequential action. Financial and other specialist tools provide calculations or general information, not individualized professional advice.

Responsible access

Automated access to our public pages, including crawling and scraping, is welcome. Do not use the service to interfere with other users, bypass access controls, probe private networks, distribute malicious content or overload the site or third-party services. Tool-specific technical limits still apply.

Third-party services and links

Some tools contact external services or produce links to other websites. Those services have their own terms, availability and data practices. A generated link, decoded code or successful diagnostic result does not mean we endorse or guarantee the destination.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file or browser, or that every result will be complete or error-free.

Responsibility and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
