Resin volume calculator
Estimate mixed resin for a rectangular or cylindrical cast, a coating layer or a known volume.
Up to 10,000 identical pieces or layers. Displacement must be smaller than gross volume. No shrinkage, absorption or maximum-pour-depth value is guessed. Change the input or settings to update your result. Results update as you type. Up to 1,000,000 characters.

How to use Resin volume calculator
- Enter your measurements, rates or supplied recipe.
- Review the quantities, rounding and plan details.
- Download the result and verify it against your actual materials or a sample.
Useful next steps
Measure the space resin will fill
Use internal cast dimensions and the intended depth. Coating mode uses area multiplied by thickness. Subtract the volume of inserts once per piece; the remaining space must be positive.
Add identical pieces and allowance
A 20 × 10 × 2 cm rectangular space holds 400 mL. Adding 10% gives 440 mL of mixed resin. The output is the combined volume, so use the ratio tool separately for component amounts in the basis required by the product.
Save the plan
Download the result as CSV, plus a text or JSON report with formulas, values and assumptions. Everything is calculated on your device. Changing units keeps the entered numbers, so check the selected units before using the plan.
