How to use Change GIF speed
- Upload a GIF and enter a speed multiplier from 0.1 to 10. A value of 2 plays twice as fast; 0.5 takes twice as long. Run the tool and preview the result.
- The tool divides each frame delay by your multiplier. Nonzero delays round to 10 milliseconds, with a minimum of 20 milliseconds. GIFs with unusually short or zero delays can play differently across browsers.
