How the days are planned

Legs are driven in the order you list them. Each day starts at your start time and drives until the daily limit is reached. After each stretch of continuous driving as long as your break interval, a break is added, unless the day or the trip is already finished. A leg that does not fit is continued the next morning, and the report names the leg you stop on overnight.

What it does not know

Happytails.ai does not look up routes, distances, traffic, fuel stops or road rules. Drive times come only from you, and the break rule is your own choice, not a legal driving-hours regulation. Check local rules for professional or long-distance driving.

Times and calendars

Times are local clock times in the zone you choose. Calendar events are written in UTC so calendar apps show them at the right local time. On a day when clocks change, a block that falls in the skipped hour is left out of the calendar file but stays in the table.
