How the poll works
The poll is a single HTML file that works offline. Each person picks yes, maybe or no for every slot and the page turns the answers into a short code. Nothing is collected online, so people send their code to you by any channel you like.
Counting answers
Each code holds the answers in base 3 and a checksum tied to this poll's question, time zone and slots, so a code from another poll or a mistyped code is refused. Yes counts 2 points and maybe counts 1. The best slot has the most points, and ties go to the earlier slot.
Limits
Changing the question, time zone or slots makes a new poll, and old codes will no longer match. Viewer times use the time zone rules in each person's browser.
