Create an Excel workbook from CSV text.

Choose the CSV separator. Exported cells are stored as text to preserve identifiers and prevent formula execution. Text encoding and automatic type inference are not configurable. Include a header row. Quote cells that contain commas or new lines. Up to 1,000,000 characters. Review the settings before running.
