- Review the combined list and the names flagged as possible duplicates.
- Copy the plain list, or download the CSV, report or backup.
Useful next steps
What counts as the same item
Names are compared after ignoring capital letters, punctuation and simple plurals, so Tomatoes and tomato match. Matching items are added up exactly in grams, millilitres or counts. Items with no quantity are kept and marked, never guessed.
Possible duplicates
Names one letter apart, or the same item listed in different kinds of units, are flagged for you to check. They are never merged automatically.
Keeping your records
Nothing is uploaded. Every result includes a backup file. Paste or open that backup later to pick up where you left off, because records kept in a browser can be lost when site data is cleared.
