How to use Guest RSVP tracker
- Paste one row per invited guest with their household and the household plus-one allowance.
- Add each reply in the attending, meal and dietary columns, and mark plus-ones.
- Add a new row when a guest changes their reply. The latest row counts.
- Review the counts, flags and follow-up list, then download the CSV, report or backup.
Useful next steps
Replies and changes
Attending is yes, no or pending. A guest with no reply is pending. When a guest replies more than once, the latest row counts and the earlier reply is flagged as a duplicate.
Plus-ones
Rows marked as a plus-one are extra guests of the household. If more plus-ones say yes than the household allowance, the household is flagged. Meal and dietary tallies include only guests who are attending.
Privacy
Names and dietary notes stay on this device. Download the backup to keep a copy.
Keeping your records
Nothing is uploaded. Every result includes a backup file. Paste or open that backup later to pick up where you left off, because records kept in a browser can be lost when site data is cleared.
