Common questions about audio & video
Can a louder export repair distorted audio?
Increasing volume does not reconstruct clipped peaks and can make distortion more obvious. Compare at a similar listening level and keep the original recording.
Does vocal removal perfectly separate a song?
Source separation estimates components from a mixture. Reverb, backing vocals and overlapping instruments can leave audible artifacts; audition both the vocal and instrumental exports.
