## Page guide

Turn a list of tasks into a four-column kanban board with backlog, to do, doing and done, with work-in-progress limits and overdue cards flagged.

### How to use Personal kanban board

1. Paste one row per card with a title, optional notes, due date, labels, points and status.
2. Set how many cards the doing and to do columns should hold, or 0 for no limit.
3. Leave the reference date empty to use today, or enter another date.
4. Review the board, then download the report, the card CSV or the backup file.

## Columns and limits

Each card is in backlog, to do, doing or done. Rows without a status start in to do. A column with more cards than its limit is flagged so you can finish or move work before starting more. The limit is a warning on this board, not a block.

### Due dates and points

Cards that are not done are compared with the reference date: overdue, due today, due soon within the days you choose, or later. Points are optional effort estimates and are added up per column.

### Keeping your records

Nothing is uploaded. Every result includes a backup file. Paste or open that backup later to pick up where you left off, because records kept in a browser can be lost when site data is cleared.
